She knew

Max and Lilly were now happily together and they knew that their love was strong enough to face any challenge that came their way. They went on many adventures together, explored new places, and made memories that they would cherish for a lifetime.

As time went on, Max and Lilly's love for each other only grew stronger. Max knew that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Lilly, and he knew that he wanted to make it official.

One evening, as they sat on a hilltop watching the sunset, Max turned to Lilly and said, "Lilly, I love you more than anything in this world. I want to spend the rest of my life making you happy. Will you marry me?"

Tears welled up in Lilly's eyes as she looked at Max. She knew that she had found the love of her life and she couldn't imagine spending her life with anyone else. She threw her arms around him and said, "Yes, Max! I will marry you!"

They hugged each other tightly as the sun set behind them. Max slipped a beautiful diamond ring onto Lilly's finger, and they both knew that their love had just taken a new and exciting turn.

The following year, Max and Lilly got married in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by their friends and family. They exchanged vows that they had written themselves, promising to love and cherish each other for the rest of their lives.

As they danced together for the first time as husband and wife, Max looked into Lilly's eyes and whispered, "I love you more every day, Lilly. Thank you for being my soulmate, my best friend, and my everything."

Lilly smiled at Max and replied, "I love you too, Max. You are my world, and I'm so grateful to have you by my side for the rest of our lives."

Max and Lilly continued to grow old together, always finding new ways to show their love for each other. They lived a long and happy life, never forgetting the love that brought them together and kept them together until the very end.
